Client: Fullerton Arboretum
Agency: California State University, Fullerton
The Project: Logo and Stationery redesign
The Challenge: Redesign logo and stationery for the Fullerton Arboretum to be presented with approximately 50 other students.
The Result: Logo created as a microcosm to show as your own private world relaxing at a bench and can even take it with you by purchasing a potted plant or tree. After reviewing all of the projects, the client decided to keep their original logo.

Client: Pink Noodle (top left), Positive.com, Foundation for Promoting Arts Education (FPAE) (bottom left), Discount Sports Nutrition (DSN), Blossoms (fictitious company)
Agency: OfficeMax Impress (Pink Noodle, Positive.com), Fit Design (FPAE), O’Leary & Partners (DSN), California State University, Fullerton (Blossoms)
The Project: Logo design
The Challenge: Create logo for each company.
Pink Noodle – Client requested text in a box with gold and dark red colors.
Positive.com – Client wanted a hand-drawn “P” inside a circle or oval.
FPAE – Design a text only logo.
DSN – Create a logo to represent a healthy sports lifestyle.
Blossoms – A fictitious company for logo project using part of the font to create the logo.
The Result:
Pink Noodle – Pink square logo with complimenting white text centered. Client chose my version over red/gold version.
Positive.com – Red, hand-drawn “P” inside white oval and lime green rectangle. Font matches the shape of white oval and underlined by same green.
FPAE – Letters arranged like famous “LOVE” design but with tall thin letters. Design appropriate for an art school.
DSN – Athletic man silhouette has a tug-o-war with the “D” and pulls it away from the “SN” while all resting on “Discount Sports Nutrition”. Internship project completed by other designers.
Blossoms – A one-color concept using four pieces of a font to create a blooming flower with leaves.

Agency: OfficeMax Impress
The Project: Business Cards
The Challenge: Create a unique business card design that matches client’s style and business.
The Result:
Steven Hogan – An original martini glass image with grid to give this certified bartender his own look.
Mint Mobile Ads – Different layout but easy to follow using the company’s colors and backside (not shown) of green screen used with other projects.
Palace Marble & Granite – Elegant business card with natural colors to show clients bold style.
Teckna Inc. – Consistent colors with other projects featuring the client’s environmental machines.
John Satele – Recreated artwork to match tattoo art with text and map displayed to keep the balance and geometric shapes.

Client: Great Foundations Montessori
Agency: OfficeMax Impress
The Project: Complete Stationery design
The Challenge: Design business cards, #10 envelope and letterhead using ladybug stock illustration and use dark brown as main color.
The Result: Dark and light brown colors used as well as orange to give organic but professional look. Front business card (top left) with room for larger names including email addresses with text working well with the illustrations. Common back of the business card (Top middle) with quote from Dr. Maria Montessori educating holder of the companies branding. Simular envelope and letterhead designs, but each with it's own unique variations.
